Comfortable, breathable, stretchable clothing which includes tank tops, sports bra, yoga pants or shorts, leggings and a pair of sweat free yoga socks.
Yoga blocks: If you are a beginner, you should always use a yoga block to improve your alignment
Yoga towels for keeping your face and body sweat-free to prevent slipping during yoga practice
Yoga straps to provide safe and secure support to those deeper asanas. It is perfect for beginners as it will make harder yoga poses easier.
